We were tasked to extend the brewing facilities of this facility to optimize the brewing process or allow for brewing new products. The project required detailed planning and coordination between multi-disciplinary teams specialising in the industrial food and beverage sector.
A key challenge was to utilize the available space to its maximum and to develop innovative workflow processes that would allow construction to take place while the plant was fully operational. STRUXIT’s expertise in modelling and BIM allowed us to coordinate the work of multiple disciplines to minimize clashes and ease construction on a congested site.
