Sagewood

This 14,794sqm value-for-money housing development, located in Midrand, Gauteng, required integration efficient design with effective professional team collaboration. The project comprises eight apartment blocks with bachelor, 1-bed, 2-bed and 3-bed apartments that were designed to be spacious and easy to furnish.

STRUXIT’s attention to detail and pursuit of quality control and quality assurance meant that we were able to quickly identify that the mortar quality and strength had not been adequately regulated or tested. Some walls had to be strengthened to ensure that the buildings were built to spec. This process not only ensured safety on site and for the project’s end users, but also significantly contributed towards trust-building within the professional team.
