R1.2 billion project. 25,000 tonnes localised. Zero imports.
The 32,000sqm Ogihara Automotive Manufacturing Facility isn't just a press shop, it's a localised supply chain initiative.
101 pressed steel components for the @toyota_sa Hilux and Fortuner, now made right here in the north of Durban, with a strong focus on local steel partnerships and local job creation.
This is what localisation looks like when engineering helps turn the vision into reality.

"Club Med wasn't just another project on my list. It was my opportunity to contribute to the ever-growing North Coast." - Site Engineer Thabang Letsoalo on Club Med, the North Coast's biggest leisure development.
This is the mindset we value: engineers who see the region, not just the site boundary.

250 jobs. 1 000 more. ONE project.
Numbers from the Ogihara facility:
→ ~250 direct jobs created.
→ 1 000+ indirect jobs across the value chain.
→ 2% uplift in local procurement.
That's the kind of project we get out of bed for.

The best events build communities, not just networks.
For four years, STRUXIT’s Women’s Day has brought key industry influencers together. Acquaintances became friends.
Conversations extended beyond the room. The event became a community.
Thank you to every woman in our industry for making this possible.

One small step for mankind, one GIANT LEAP for STRUXIT!
We are officially moved into our new Head Office. This space will provide a foundation for the STRUXIT story still to be written.
Today, we celebrate the dreams realized and the goals yet to come. Most importantly, we celebrate the people and the relationships that make this leap possible.

It’s not always about where you go, but whom you know.
We now have an office in the legendary La Concorde building in Paarl. This beautifully refurbished premium office space reflects both the heritage and energy of the area, owned by Giflo Property Developers.
This marks another step forward for our team as we continue to grow our footprint in the Drakenstein region and the greater Boland. There are exciting projects ahead and many memories still to be made from this space, and we look forward to what lies ahead.
This move was as easy as one phone call and three emails. That is how we like to do business and how we will continue to do it, where a handshake still means something.
Now there will be even more time to share projects, hunting stories, and the odd KWV.

Excellence is what we strive for every day at STRUXIT. It’s where we show up and raise the bar with every interaction.
In 2025, Jacques Maré truly mastered this. He not only achieved his personal goals but surpassed expectations, remained consistent, and delivered top-quality outcomes for both his work and his team.
Well done, Jacques Maré, on achieving the Centre of Excellence Award for 2025!
