This expansion of a private game lodge in the Waterberg biosphere in Limpopo comprised sleek structures of steel, glass and concrete. The project’s two major challenges were the short construction period and the isolated location on a site that was difficult to reach. STRUXIT’s structural design scope was to design all the buildings’ structural elements to be manufactured off site. This enabled a vastly reduced construction time while achieving the architectural design intent, in the middle of nowhere.
